I commenced featuring my favorite blogs as I had planned & have featured just three good blogs. Here now is the next by an accomplished Fitness Trainer. Kiran Sawhney pops on your screens as an exuberant, vibrant Fitness guru. Her range of specialist training is vast & wide, as you will find here. What is impressive about her is her recognition & presence in all forms of media [Sample].

Her blog is full of illustrated [audio-visual & picture] workouts, as in this one of tens & tens of Categories on her site. For the health & fitness conscious, there is a lot to look out for here. I watched her video of ‘Bhangra Aerobics’ featured on NDTV. There are so many of them in her archive. She also throws in useful advice on diet & healthy eating. I spotted her blog first in the health & fitness category in Oneindia, where I submitted my blog.The interest & following her blog is on account of this common interest, though I can’t quite practise even [Age barrier!!], so many of them. She keeps posting regularly & they come as whiffs of fresh air along. Happy training & blogging Kiran.
