My endeavor in selecting blogs and authors for online networking has so far been both satisfying and rewarding. I have set my selection criteria: blogs in my category and authors who display admirable style and maturity. Exceptions for the first criterion have been when some that are not in category but make an immediate impact by their unique theme deftly dealt with. As for the second criterion, I relate to their persona by their control and command in stating their views with clarity, depth and conviction. I’m also very passionate about art & style: some blogs make the grade for this reason. Authors who handle emotions adroitly are among favorites as well. The result is the ‘My Choicest’ list in my sidebar here. I hope to have also demonstrated my preferences by displaying my passionate picks.

Mike King’s blog Learn This is one of such blogs which impressed me at the very first look. When I adore some work, I make sure I display it with emphasis. It is a way of reassuring myself that I have discovered another benchmark for my own attainment. Mike is overwhelmed with my adulation but I believe he deserves it. What perhaps he found pleasantly amusing was I expressed myself on my very first visit. If the work is strikingly beyond ordinary, would we restrain from expressing recognition when obviously due?

I went over to Like This today to check if I would be served with some refreshing stuff. I noticed Mike blogging about 6-Random Things About Me..which aroused curiosity. Surprise! Mike is actually helping spread a curious little game which is both fun at the same as it enables fostering blogger community.
